These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 678bbd ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "Member"). By accessing the 678bbd website or application, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

Age Requirement

To register on 678bbd and use its services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Only individuals aged 21 and above may create an account on our Platform. Accounts found to belong to users under 21 will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

Registration Information

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to close accounts where false information has been provided. The following information will be required:

Identity Verification (KYC)

Account Transfer Prohibited

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on 678bbd using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposit amounts, however large transactions may require additional verification.

Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Under normal circumstances, the withdrawal process takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the most recent deposit.

Transaction Conditions

• You must use a payment account registered in your own name for deposits and withdrawals.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• For anti-money laundering purposes, additional verification procedures may be applied to large withdrawal amounts.

Transaction Currency

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must be wagered 20 times (20x wagering) before it can be withdrawn. If this requirement is not met within the specified time limit after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions — please read them before accepting an offer.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once (per account / household / IP address / device).
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses fraudulently will result in account closure.
• 678bbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

VIP Program

The 678bbd VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

An active account must be maintained to receive VIP benefits. VIP tier status may be reassessed in the event of prolonged inactivity.

Placing Bets

Once a bet is placed on the Platform, it is considered final. Placed bets cannot be withdrawn or changed, unless a cash-out option is available under the relevant game rules.

Technical Issues

If the outcome of a bet is affected by a lost internet connection, server issues, or any other technical fault, 678bbd will review the matter with the utmost fairness. In such cases, our decision will be considered final.

Game Fairness

All games on 678bbd are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable.

Sports betting

For bets placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC tournaments), badminton, and other sports, if a competition is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded, subject to the applicable game rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 678bbd platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts.
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or any other technology to gain an artificial advantage in games.
• Abusing the bonus system or fraudulently claiming bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or flaws in the platform.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and the associated funds will be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension by 678bbd

678bbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms or involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC).
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• As a precautionary measure for security reasons.
• At the request of relevant authorities or due to legal obligations.

Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining valid funds before closing your account. Bonus funds (where wagering requirements have not been met) will not be refunded.

Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. Please contact support to recover your funds.

Investigation Process
